Leadership Deepened: takes the lessons of the former, and dives into the concepts that take leadership from mere impact, to transformational stewardship.

Each of these offerings is a 4-part workshop series focused on the core elements of leadership, supporting participants in understanding the correlation between these elements and their own effectiveness as leaders. Facilitated Dialogue and Topic-Specific Workshops

At this time in our collective history, you cannot be a leader and ignore issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. Let’s take it a step further: you cannot be a leader and NOT address issues of systemic oppression. This work  is challenging and necessary, requiring courage and stamina. This is an area in which Gail specializes. Her goal in working with you and your team is to help you understand the issues in broad terms, drill down into how systemic oppression is playing out in your organization (because, trust me, it is), and engage in the work of transformational, sustainable change.
