Leadership Simplified: Introduces leaders is an introduction to meaningful leadership that integrates a relational approach.
Leadership Deepened: takes the lessons of the former, and dives into the concepts that take leadership from mere impact, to transformational stewardship.

Facilitated Dialogue and Topic-Specific Workshops
At this time in our collective history, you cannot be a leader and ignore issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. Let’s take it a step further: you cannot be a leader and NOT address issues of systemic oppression. This work is challenging and necessary, requiring courage and stamina. This is an area in which Gail specializes. Her goal in working with you and your team is to help you understand the issues in broad terms, drill down into how systemic oppression is playing out in your organization (because, trust me, it is), and engage in the work of transformational, sustainable change.
