Individuals


Individual Coaching: A standard coaching agreement, individually-tailored and specifically designed to move YOU forward into your personal vision of success.  Each individual coaching alliance begins with a 90 minute foundation session.  During this session you and your coach will discuss coaching logistics, schedule coaching appointments, define coaching parameters, and set your goals and benchmarks.  Typically, a coaching alliance runs for 6-9 months following the foundation session.  Coaching appointments are generally 30-minutes in length, held telephonically, one per week.

Executive/Leadership Coaching: All of the above with a leadership focus.  Perfect for those currently in a senior management role or transitioning into one, executive/leadership coaching allows leaders in companies, corporations and organizations to discover and access their unique leadership skills and therefore lead teams effectively.  Oftentimes, the pressure of needing “to be seen as a leader” stops individuals from addressing challenges and concerns constructively within the confines of the work environment.  The safety found in a confidential coaching alliance allows leaders to be human in their leadership — they can face their challenges head-on and find solutions for whatever those might be.

Your Life, Your Way, Starting Today: The Essential Course for Professional Women: A 12-week, structured, group coaching class option.  Sessions of this course are offered periodically throughout the year.   Move yourself towards your goals with the unparalleled support of a certified professional life coach PLUS a small group of like-minded participants.  The perfect program for individuals preferring to make life changes in a group context.
