Philosophy


When Stellar Coaching & Consulting was first launched — back in 2003 — it was based on the premise and understanding that everyone has the power to live the life that they really want.  The idea that true success is achieved when YOUR life is lived on YOUR terms had me asking my clients, “Whose life are you living?”  This question invariable precipitated life-altering shifts for client after client after client.

Since then, I have come to understand that life — no matter what external circumstances might arise — can be navigated with ease; not that life is easy mind you, but that there is always a way to flow with what comes your way, so that you are going with the flow instead of swimming upstream.  This understanding has translated into an over-riding coaching philosophy that is best articulated as follows:

“Even when life is tough and challenging, it’s never meant to be burdensome.  Everyone can live with ease through the power of conscious choice.”

As a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, I build upon this basic philosophy in my client interactions, always using the co-active coaching model, which has 4 cornerstones:

  • Every client is naturally creative, resourceful and whole
  • Coaching happens within the context of this moment
  • Coaching addresses every client’s WHOLE life
  • The coaching focus is always on the client’s agenda.

Bottom-line:  you truly can have the life you want, and you can experience it with ease.  Furthermore, as a powerful woman leader, you can bring your leadership vision to life with ease, and invite others into your vision without having to engage in a hard sell.  The question for you to hold as you strive to be the best leader you can be is this:  how willing are you to consciously, actively create YOUR life YOUR way?
