What I do

While coaching is becoming more mainstream, you might still not understand the process; so let me tell you this. I meet with clients weekly, either by phone or in-person as the circumstance allows. During these sessions, I provide clients with time – usually 30 minutes – that is dedicated to the exploration of whatever issue is important for them at that moment. This issue is explored within the context of longer-term goals and ideals; in other words, I’ll coach you about what’s going on right now, but I won’t allow you to lose sight of where you’re headed. The coaching dialogue is designed to have you answer the tough questions that you don’t want to face on your own so that you can learn from your circumstance, and then shift and move forward to the best version of you possible.
